John Casey and James Seibert established their firm in 2001 and have 30 years of combined experience in the defense of all types of civil claims, underinsured/uninsured motorists coverage and other insurance issues.

John is a member of the Colorado and Southwestern Colorado Bar Associations, admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court for the State of Colorado and the U.S. Supreme Court. James is a member of the New Mexico, Colorado and Southwestern Colorado Bar Associations and a member of the Colorado Trial Lawyers Association.
